The Last Dance Whilst   idly   wandering   round   Canvey   Island   in   winter I   found   a   set   of   swan   pedal   boats   stacked   away   for transport,    I    knew    there    was    a    picture    there    but never envisaged it turning into this…
Virgin Atlantic Flypast The   2009   Biggin   Hill   airshow   included   a   flypast   of   a Virgin     Atlantic     747     with     the     Red     Arrows     in celebration   of   Virgin   Atlantic’s   25th   anniversary,   it was   a   great   display   but   the   sky   was   not   to   my   liking so I added something a little more celebratory.
Lighthouse Orford Ness Whilst    on    a    National    Trust    guided    day    out    and about   on   Orford   Ness   (a   fascinating   place   to   visit)   I took   a   picture   of   the   lighthouse   and   beach,   a   bit   of messing about led to this.
Crossroads Las Vegas Taken     from     the     top     of     the     tower     at     the Stratosphere    Hotel    in    Las    Vegas,    a    wonderful viewpoint to watch all of Vegas life down below
White Water Taken   at   Lea   Valley   White   Water   centre   on   a British canoe selection trials day
Bob Wished he had left his Visor down I    went    to    Crosby    to    see    the   Antony    Gormley sculpture    installation    “Another    Place”    but    the weather   was   photographically   awful   with   bright white   skies   and   flat   light,   I   was   walking   away from   the   beach   in   a   grumpy   mood   when   I   saw that    one    of    the    figures    was    adorned    with    a welding mask, somehow that led to this picture NB - My apologies to Mr Gormley
Bad Reflections I   am   not   a   fan   of   banks,   in   any   other   walk   of   life   a business    model    that    allowed    use    of    people’s money   to   fund   vast   profits   with   very   little   return   to the    people    would    probably    be    regarded    as criminal   but   for   some   reason   these   fellows   seem immune to the rules of common ethics. Bring on the revolution I say!
